Provision of Consultancy services to the Ministry of Agriculture of Armenia including the development of a strategic plan for the agricultural sector, preparation of application programmes, pilot projects for the improvement and development of selected cultivations and food processing of agricultural products, creation of a training centre for agricultural applications, programing and contacting seminars in Greece for training Ministry staff and agriculturalists.
