Design of the new athletic installations for the transfer of activities from the venue of Apostolos Nicolaidis at Alexandras Avenue (Redevelopment Area B) at the designated site of the Redevelopment Area A as foreseen from the Urban Cadastral Plan, with the following building terms: – Built-up surface: 7,500 m² – Coverage: 3,750 m² – Maximum height 18 m, increased by 1.5 m for roof cover – Open air swimming pools: one for competition measuring 50 x 25 with a depth of 2 m and one for children training measuring 10 x 12 with a depth of 0.60 m.
