The study group analysed and identified the deficiency of dwelling units, lack of an orderly and national approach to the planning of new communities, unprecedented population growth, continuous migration within the country and particularly towards urban centres, uneven distribution of income and uneven levels of economic and social development among the country’s various regions and localities.
