Doxiadis Associates since July of 2018 provides services to the Greek State (HRADF) for the privatization of 10 regional ports in Greece via the Sub-Concession Method. These ports are Alexandroupolis, Kavala, Volos, Patras, Igoumenitsa, Corfu, Heraklion, Lavrion, Elefsina and Rafina. Four of the above mentioned ports, was decided to be privatized by means of a sale of a majority stake of their share capital and excluded from the second phase (Concession Tender) of this assignment.
The services included the:
- Evaluation of the existing facilities;
- Assessment of the existing capacity;
- Development of forecasts and master plans;
- Assessment of CAPEX required;
- Drafting of the technical requirements and specifications to the privatization agreement
- Provision of Technical Assistance during the Tender Procedure (prequalification and Second Phase)
- Provision of Technical Assistance up to the Financial closure
