The project concerns the provision of Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Environment, Planning and Public Works throughout all stages of the proceedings for the signing of the Maliakos – Kleidi, Central Greece, Elefsina – Korinth – Patra – Pyrgos – Tsakona and  Attica Urban Highway Concession Contracts.

Services Provided:

• Elaboration of Project feasibility study
• Design review of all studies pertaining to engineering highways design, bridges / interchanges / tunnels, hydraulic studies, geotechnical investigations, environmental impact assessment, risk analysis, value engineering, landscaping, specifications and cost estimates
• Review Environmental Impact Assessment Study, and provide to the Service technical assistance until the issue of the Environmental Terms
• Drafting of technical requirements/criteria for pre-selection of tenderers and of Design, Construction, Operation and Maintenance requirements of the Concession Contracts
