This project included a feasibility study and analysis of the tourist potential of 750 hectares in the area of Otranto in southern Italy, as well as the master plan for the development of 180 hectares and detailed layout plans for an area of 30 hectares pertaining to the first stage of development. The Municipal Authorities of Otranto awarded the assignment.
