The Client constructs and operates large hardware stores. Since 1989, Doxiadis Associates had been providing the following project management services: a) Evaluation of potential land for the implementation of the PRAKTIKER stores, prior to its acquisition, from the point of view of accessibility (traffic), marketing, cost; b) Preliminary and final integrated design of the building, tender documents, tendering, scrutiny of the contractor's bids, construction supervision, preliminary and final handing over; c) Organisation and management of the maintenance of the stores during their operation. Within the context of the above services, the following stores were completed or were within one of the above development stages: Ellinikon, Tavros, Egaleo, Larissa, Thessaloniki, Patra.
