Doxiadis Assossiates - Project Description - Residential Development of Sites Owned by Members of the Social Insurance Institute (I.K.A.) Personnel Association

The two sites are located in close proximity to each other and have a total area of 68 hectares. Sites are neighboring the site owned by the Hellenic Refineries Association, the master plan of which has been also prepared by Doxiadis Associates in 1991. A total number of 816 individual residential plots were designed, together with all support facilities necessary for the smooth function of the community.
