Feasibility study and a detailed parcellation plan for the development of an area of 600 ha which was to become a multi-formed residential community for senior civil servants of the State of Qatar. Services provided included: preparation of preliminary and final subdivision plans; final plans of road and utility networks for all subdivision plots; grading plans; plans for hard and soft landscaping; property document for each plot quantity; and cost estimates.
