Petromin Office Building in Riyadh - SAUDI ARABIA

Petromin's headquarters in Riyadh was designed on a site bisected by one of the city's municipal roads. The main bulk of the complex - i.e. a nine store office tower for 1,000 employees with reception hall, lounge, exhibition area, auditorium- lies on the 6,500 sq.m. portion of the site and is connected to the annex building via a glassed corridor connecting the fourth floors of both buildings. The gross floor area is 34,800 sq.m. (25,300 sq.m. & 9,500 sq.m., respectively). The project scope includes complete architectural, structural, and electromechanical designs, elaboration of specifications, preparation of tender documents, evaluation of tenders, supervision of construction, and building maintenance study.
