This project addressed the creation of a community on a parcel of land of 135 hectares. It included the design of the community layout plan, preliminary and final design of buildings, utilities, solid and liquid waste management, roads, parking and landscaping, specifications, tender documents, cost estimates, evaluation of tenders, supervision of construction by 3 contractors, coordination of contractors and supply of materials and coordination with the utility companies. Study for the organisation of development management services.
