The project, jointly financed by the IDA, included the master plan, design and supervision of construction. The campus design for a student population of 5000 is organized within a central rectangular area with the new academic and residential buildings (dormitory accommodation for 2000) distributed around a core composed of the old college buildings. Both academic and residential sections are relatively car-free areas where the various buildings are arranged along a central pedestrian walkway. An additional task was the supervision of construction works for the complete road network of the campus.
