Review and assessment of the project management of the PATHE project, financially supported by the Cohesion Fund. More specifically the consultant assessed the performance of the various bodies in the PATHE. Project Management, the influence of the Project management structure put in places on the progress of the project financially supported from decisions and actions are implemented on the work sites as well as the compliance of the project Managers with Annex VII of the Commission dexion. The Consultant's team conducted visits to the sites of sections (Raches junction - Agroinvest installation (4.2 km) and Martino Atalanti (16.68 km).
