Doxiadis Associates in association with two other consulting firms was assigned the construction management for the renovation of 22 stations of the Athens and Piraeus Electrical Trains(ISAP) network. Services comprised: general management duties of the project; monitoring and control of time schedule and construction works; quality control of the construction works and implementation; work progress follow-up; quality assurance and construction management services.
